龙港市林家院社区海运文化节

开展“妈妈喊你吃芥菜饭”活动

为社区居民、外来游客等

送上香喷喷的芥菜饭

在烟火气中传承民俗文化

据社区志愿者介绍

这次活动准备了

芥菜4000多斤

大米1500斤

猪油500斤

肉800斤

共制作芥菜饭一万多份

上午九点

林家院社区内早已香气四溢

志愿者们分工明确、配合默契

将芥菜、五花肉、香菇等食材

下锅、翻炒、焖制

不少居民驻足等候

满心期待这份专属美味

芥菜饭刚出锅

大家纷纷上前领取

然后三五成群围坐在方桌前

边品尝鲜香入味的芥菜饭

边闲话家常

现场游客们表示

二月二吃芥菜饭

寓意着好兆头

芥菜本身带苦味

经过精心加工后变成甜味

就像生活一样先苦后甜

林家院社区负责人表示

希望借二月二吃芥菜饭的契机

邀请在外居民回家看看

也欢迎龙港乃至全国朋友

来林家院品尝

是鲜香的烟火味
